Ghost Tours

The Occoquan Merchants Association offers walking tours of Occoquan's history and hauntings!

Ghost tour season runs from late April through October.

Guided tours are available most Friday evenings, beginning at 7:30 pm and Saturday afternoons beginning at 4:00 pm and 7:30 pm. The Tour begins at Mamie Davis Park.

Adults $10.00
Children (10 and younger) $5.00

Reservations must be made and paid for in advance. You can purchase your tickets online by using the button below or at Patriot Scuba 301 Commerce Street Occoquan, VA or by calling 703-490-1175 or 571-334-7357.If you pay online, please print a copy of your receipt, this acts as your ticket.

Group Tours (10+) available by appointment.

All sales are final, unless the tour is cancelled by the OMA.

The walking tour last approximately one hour. Please dress appropriately for outdoor weather and wear comfortable shoes.

Are you interested in the haunting tales of Occoquan?

Do you have a knack or flare for tongue-in-cheek tales? Do you have a longing to be the center of a captivated audience? If historical and ghostly lore have always fascinated you .. then, the Occoquan Merchants Association (OMA) wants you!!!

We are looking for individuals to become guides for our Historic Occoquan Ghost Tours that will be conducted most weekends throughout the Spring through Fall seasons. A stipend of $20 per conducted tour is paid.
