Every Saturday -Farmers Market - 8 am to 2 pm , Buy your favorite Vegetables, Various Food Items & Pastries.
Ghost Tours - October
Get your tickets for the Ghost tours at Country Morning at 203 Washington St open daily to 5 pm or call 703 494 6983. Tours October 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30 and 31, 2009 at 7 and 8:30 pm.
October 10 - Oktoberfest - Celebrate fall with ethnic traditions, Noon to 8 pm, Throughout the town. Look for the Bavarian Flags, those establishments have something special for YOU1
October 24 - 4:30 pm 5k Run through the Town, Come enjoy the town and cheer-on your favorite runner.
October 31 - 12-5 pm Harvest Parade & Fun Festival, Bring the Kids & your Dog in Costume, there will be a Parade, Arts & Crafts, a Petting Zoo, Fun Stations, Pumpkins, Pony Rides. Please bring a canned food item, the event is FREE!

November 14 to December 12 - OMA Shopping Spree in Occoquan. Shop between these dates, collect your winning ticket for a drawing for $1,000 to be held Dec 12, 2009. No purchase necessary. You will receive a second ticket with a $25.00 purchase.

Occoquan Merchants Association was established to foster and assist the small business community of the town as well as to support local non-profit organizations in their effort to improve the lives of homeless families, battered women and needy children.Therefore the Merchants of Occoquan sponsor several events throughout the year which we hope will present you and your family a fun-filled experience and also meet our goals to assist others.
We will update this section as each annual event draws near with particulars. But for now here is a glimpse of what happens in Occoquan
